using the # key on my LG viewty, to cause a pause between your number & the 0800 number does not work. Any suggestions?

I’ve tried a number of Google searches but can’t seem to find an answer to this. I’ve asked on a Viewty Forum and will let you know if I hear anything back.

In the meantime could you try the instructions for other mobiles on the 0800Buster site to see if any of those work? Please let me know here if you find a solution.

I have been able to introduce a pause by tapping '7' three times. I can insert a "p" by tapping the * 3 times as well, but it does not seem to act as a pause. Press & hold has no effect on a touch screen phone.
