So I've had a blog over at blogger for almost a year now. I update it fairly regularly, and it has all of my craft/business information, etc. I really, really love the blog feature of 1000markets, but is there any way I can automatically sync my current blog over to it instead of copy/pasting everything over each time?
I feel like this would be a great time-saver for me, as it takes a couple minutes for me to come over here, make sure the format is correct after copying it all, etc.
I bought a pair of copper pearl drop earrings in Shipshewana IN a couple of weeks ago and lost one. Can I replace it? The receipt says Relics of a New Age, Asheville NC and pearl drop earrings.
We've uploaded a header image to our new store, however it seems that the header gets more pixelated when we upload it - moreso than the base file on our harddrive. Does 1000Markets additionally compress the headers? Do you have recommendations for getting around this?
How do I find help in getting my shop started? This site is so great in a ton of ways so far, but I have spent more than twenty minutes just trying to find the difference between a product and a product collection. It shouldn't be this hard.
so:
1. I would like to know what a collection is, and how it differs from a regular product.
2. I'd like to suggest that you have something on the navigation tool bar or in Help that actually explains how everything works. Something easy to find.
Thanks, Lori
And come on, what product or service is this about? the words "product collection" don't even come up. Very confusing.
Which marketplace am I in (Grand Arcade, etc.)? When I look at my shop, there's a blank space where I've seen a category listed for other sellers. How do I know which market I'm in, and who makes this decision? Can you change the market you're categorized under? (Not that I'll probably want to; I'm just wondering.
I see tag collections with no way of adding them to my products. I see a place for tags on my products page but it's not filled in. How do I have these as type of item categories, as my regular collections are more like my sub brands? I do not yet have a published store, must I first?
I decided to separate my products and open a second shop. The new shop (GabriellaDeLaweyDollArt) accepts photos uploaded from my files but will not upload photos that are still stored in the original shop's (studio2n3d) library. I tried deleting the photos from the library but I was unsuccessful. I get the dreaded Error 406...Please help.
