There are a few users (10-15 of them) on the site that have "feature power". There's no rhyme or reason to it, but together they do watch nearly every video posted to the site and if it's something that they enjoyed, found funny, or anything like that, they might feature it. Just keep using the site, follow people, be engaged, and it'll be easier for them to notice you.
