Inappropriate? The video I am uploading is an MPEG from my camera, I will try again with an Xvid avi to see if that works.
Edit: Uploading an xvid avi did work so maybe it is a format problem?
I’m sad

Inappropriate?OK, I think the problem was that I was trying to upload a .MOV file that was 13 seconds long. I just uploaded a 4 second .MOV file successfully.
Thanks for your reply, Alice!
I’m O.K., You're O.K.

Inappropriate? It usually has to do with the file being too big. We're working on some descriptive error messages to help resolve the problem

Inappropriate?Okay well the original (too large) file was straight from my camera. I would imagine other people would try the same thing, but not know how to transcode the video using a better codec.
I’m still concerned

Inappropriate?tried to upload file .avi movie after downloading from camera. I didn't do any formating prior to trying to upload.
16.23 MB
total time 10 sec
frame size 640 x 480
.avi
Going to try and upload a divx file. Hope that helps, thanks.
I’m sad

Inappropriate?Try emailing your video in. I was getting the same message on the site but the email went through and first :12 got posted.
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Okay so the new upload limit seems to have helped a lot. That said, I just uploaded another video and got this message instead of the normal success one (but the video did post correctly):
