Employers - Request Referrals From Your Network

2Vouch now allows employers and recruiters who post a job to request referrals from their own network. This gives you even greater leverage.

So, how do you request the referrals?
Sign in to your 2Vouch account
From your Dashboard, click “post a job ad”
Fill in all the job details and click Next
You will see a screen that allows you to request the referrals

If you have your contacts in Outlook, LinkedIn, Gmail or other system, you can click Import Contacts to import the details of the people you want to make referrals
Note: If you are importing from LinkedIn or Outlook, you will need to export your contacts from there to a csv file. To find out how, click here

Once you select which contacts to import, it will take a few seconds and you will get a listing of all the contacts, with their name and email address. Just select the ones you want to invite and click Next

You can also add other requests to people who are not in your address book, and personalise the message

Then click Send Referral Request and the JobGenie will take care of the rest.

Remember, if someone in your network makes a referral to the candidate you hire, you get a 50% discount on the placement fee.
