LinkedIn import not working
When trying to import my LinkedIn profile, I get the following error:
"It seems that your privacy settings in LinkedIn don't allow any information to be displayed in your public profile. If you would like to read your profile automatically, please update your privacy settings."
My profile is already set to display full information.

Inappropriate?Hey, thanks for pointing this out. One thing that a few people have done is put the full url, as in http://www.linkedin.com/in/<username>. This won’t work. You just need to put your username in the field.
Let us know if that works.
Cheers

Inappropriate?Interesting. I tried that first (as instructed) but got an error like ", Education" so then tried the full path.
I've gone back to the username and it's all good now.
Well, almost ... several imported entries are missing their "position" data and have the employer+dates in the description field along with a rogue "document.write);"
Thanks!
I’m thankful
