What happens if more than one person refers a job?

When you send someone a referral to a job, the email contains a unique link that identifies you as the referrer. If the same person happened to get the same job referred to them by another 2Vouch referrer, the referrer that gets paid the reward is the person who's email the candidate clicked on.
