37signals has been talking for over a year about offering full export of all data (currently only contact data is exportable). The company has not replied to customers about this on their forum for over a year now.

Is 37signals abandoning Highrise?

(And if so has anyone got a better CRM to recommend?)

I keep getting "Contact Export Finished" emails, even though I didn't request a contact export. Is this an automatic weekly back up?

Here' what the email looks like:
