I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

Got a good response from directly contacting the nice Sarah at 37signals which sorted me out. Sarah said they sent me a mail but I didn't receive any? so I still think you need to look into that.
