Ruby automatically opens the default browser upon logging in (Mac OS X)

It calls this: file:///System/Library/Frameworks/Ruby.framework/Versions/1.8/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/doc/libxml-ruby-0.3.8.4/rdoc/classes/XML/Node.src/M000180.html Anyone have any ideas how to make this stop?
