Show all to-dos on the dashboard

There is no dashboard option to show "all' to-dos. I can see to-dos for a specific person, but I want a few that just shows every open to do and also shows me who its assigned too.

Right now I'm involved in multiple projects and maintain to-dos across them. To-dos are often "unassigned' but I can grab them and get them done. However, I have to click around each project to make sure I see them all.

I know there is a view for all "unassigned" todos, but it'd be easier if I could see "everything."
