Switch to a different project button

I often find myself jumping around from project to project in Basecamp by using the "Switch to a different project" button. Having to click twice get the menu to appear has become somewhat of a nuisance. It is frustrating to have to tell the app twice that I want a menu of my projects. I wish it would drop down on the first click.

  I don't mind the two-click mechanic so much as the fact that if you have a large number of projects, only a few are displayed.
  
  I'm not sure whether this is the most recently viewed projects for the whole company but I'd rather it was MY most recently viewed as I usually end up going back to the dashboard to switch projects.
