I need to terminate my account so I do not get billed again. How do I do this?

Inappropriate?I also want to know how to cancel my account. I have emailed support and gotten no response after two weeks. I called support on the phone but their voice mailbox is full and will not allow new messages to be left.

Inappropriate?I have also emailed and called them for many issues with this service. They are not helping at all with any isues with all this new junk the put on the site to collect money that does not work they need to get it together and have a support team, not just one girl telling people to email support just to get no reply. I guest they do that to save face on the open fourm, but dont be fooled you will wait for a long time before you get help, if any!
