Inappropriate?Yes. If you have ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) just place all your papers and press Scan and 42Tags will do the rest! If your scanner doesn't support ADF just continue pressing Scan for each page or use a timed scan (Tools->Scan->Timed Scan).

I want to know how to scan multiple files, so that they are converted into one multiple page file & not a separate file for each page? -
Inappropriate?Make sure that 'My scanned pages' is selected. (or other tif file)
You can use the 'import' tool (see a document with a plus icon on top left) and just select your image files, they will be added to a single file.
you can later re-arrange them by pressing the 1-2 icon.
