Canon MF4100 Scanning Issues
Hi. I accidentally sent this in the "contact" box. I have a Canon MF4100 scanner. When attempting to scan a single page off the scanner bed the scan only produced the upper left hand corner of the 81/2 by 11 page. Any ideas why this is and what I can do about it? Thanks!

First I apologize for the delay in our answer.
Press Tools->Scan Settings (from menu) and the check the 'show native scanner gui' and you can use the scanner gui.
We will publish a fix in the next version so you could scan without the 'native gui', please send your email to support@42tags.com and we will update you on that fix.

Hello! My scanner is a HP Photosmart C4380. It happens that the image in the image viewer shows only part of the document that is scanned. Usually I scan the page once more and then it appears OK. Later I can delete the bad image. However, if the original document is written on only upper part of the paper, the image shows only the part of the document that is written, and not the big part that is blank anyway. -

In the native gui you will have the option to select region of scan.
The reason you see this is that the scanner is trying to be "smart" and guess where the content of the scan should be, we are going to handle this in next version.
