Inappropriate?Igger hello,
Sadly, I don't have a quick fix for this.
Currently it is possible to add PDF files only as attachments to a package, and not as regular imported pages.
PDF is a very complex file format with lots of legacy versions, and therefor it is quite expensive to support.
We are constantly considering adding full support for PDF files, but so far we didn't think that the price and effort were justified.
Thank you for sharing this feedback with us, it sure pushes us in the direction of making that extra investment. We will sure be happy to notify you when that feature will be supported.
In the mean time, I'm looking for some good PDF to Tiff conversion utilities, so far with little success. I'll sure update if and when I'll find something.
Eitan.
I’m sorry this is all I can do for now...

Inappropriate? In the meantime as Eitan said you can drag and drop or attach it (the same) as a regular file and tag your package normally. When you'll need to view it then you can press Open or Double click the file to open it in Acrobat reader
