Do we have to create package for each document ?
Hi. We are considering purchasing your software. Do we have to create a new package each time we want to tag a document. For example, I have a dozen bills from our vendors that I would like to tag. Each bill should be able to be tagged separately. Do I therefore have to create 12 packages?
Thanks in advance,

Inappropriate? You can see package as a collection of one or more files, this feature allows you to tag collections of files
when they are strongly connected and you would like to find them together, for example -
you can create collection named "House sell in california" and put their all the relevant docuemnts,
tag them as collection and always find them together.
However the 'collection' (or 'package') can contain single file (or single page) and this doesn't make
it harder to our system.
So in many cases you would have more than files in a package (collection) and in many cases you would have single file
in a collection depending on the case and your decision.
I personally keep all of my electrical equipments warranties in a single package (called "Electrical equipment...")
with many scanned files, but other can split them around.
P.S
We are considering to change the name from 'package' to 'collection' .
I’m thankful

Inappropriate? It would be nice to have the option of *not* assigning a collection name to individual documents (it would save at least one step). For example, I have one document that's not related to an others, so I just want to tag it. But 42tags requires me to give it a Collection name (else it provides one by default). And the search results include Collection name as the first column. These features lessen the meaning of a "Collection," and makes it difficult to distinguish between real collections (many related files) and "fake" collections (one document only, but which required a collection name).
