How can I modify the name of an exported document?
I need to store the scanned documents as pdfs and would like to assign individual names to these files automatically, preferrably according to the assigned tags.

Inappropriate?Hi,
When you export a whole collections, the filenames remain as the filenames inside 42Tags. If you need any further renaming, I'd suggest trying out one of these:

And the heavy duty:

I’m hoping this helps...

Inappropriate? The scanned documents are stored in 42Tags as a TIFF file (with Jpeg compression). This allow multiple pages in one file.
You can always export your file to PDF by clicking the EXPORT button.
In 42Tags you can create collections and tag them, the search will be using the tags.
The file naming is less important if you know how to reach the collection (e.g. one of the tags or collection name or...)
