Problem starting 42Tags
42Tags does not start. Itwirkedfor many months, but now it does not start when I click on the icon. I uninstalled it and reinstalled - butthat did not work.

After looking on machine using remote connection we saw that the configuration files were empty (!!) containing only NULLs.
Ricky reported on a lot of malware and adware application that were installed and caused other problems.
He will use a backup in order to restore the files. ('42Tags' and its subfolders - Data and configuration).
Always have a backup ! Great for viruses, malwares, other creatures...
Use Tools->Backup to see our recommendations for backup.

1. Restart your computer
2. Try running 42Tags manually (from your start menu or desktop shortcut)
3. Send 'C:\Program Files\42Tags\42Tags_StartupLog.txt' to support@42Tags.com
