Make each enhancement optional
Fantastic tool; but I'd like, please, each of the enhancements it makes to be optional; with a dialogue box to select which are applied an which not.
For example, I might want to add the search box, and include images, but not include videos nor replace URLs with page titles.

Inappropriate?Yes. Very high on the list. I have designed the settings window, just need to start implementing.

Inappropriate?This feature is there now...in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser window, there is a "settings" link. Clicking the link provides a pop-up window with the options you suggested. Way to go!
