"Merging" is partly broken (see text)

Hi there,

I just noticed that, "merging" creates the first link several times if you merge the merged post again. I don't know why, but this way also the old (manually added) title of the note gets lost.

I hope you can reproduce this and fix it, thanks in advance! :-)
