Any Premium users who submit support requests will receive a response within 1 business day. Free users will receive a response as time permits, after Premium Users have been assisted. We have no way of knowing who a Premium or Free user is unless they go through our own site, so unfortunately, requests here will not be serviced quickly (even if you are a Premium member.)

Inappropriate?It would greatly benefit Evernote to have a presence on this site as it'll be much easier to determine the value of requested features. If this were to happen, it would provide an easy means of getting people together who want to see Google Gears implementation, for example.

Maybe that's true, but there is no easy way to find the contact information for Forum administrators (emails) and no premium member support is almost unresponsive at all! I'd like to throw out my money, but first I wanna be sure that company is going to care about the customers right?
Having still the issue with exporting to common formats I want to be sure that my data are save and I can easy export them to the same state as they were before. -
Inappropriate?Why should they be on here? I've never even heard of this place til I was Googling something about Evernote just now. Evernote's help REALLY sucks though. And I'm a premium member. I was afraid of that when I plunked my $ down but I wanted to be able to use it to its fullest. It doesn't upload from my Blackberry either. So the mobile app sucks for Blackberry. Verizon told they couldn't help me with it and that they had the same complaint a lot.
Oh well. That's what happens when a company gets too big for its britches too fast. They start back slapping each other and forgetting what got them where they are. I'll be getting off the paid premium service at the end of the month and just stay with the free stuff and not expect anything much as far as help goes. Trying to find the help section on there is a joke.
