How do I add section breaks into a pbwiki page? For instance... Here is a wikiperdia page:

notice how it is broken up into sections? How can I do that in pbwiki? Thanks in advance!!!

I have an excel spreadsheet that I would like to display on the site but not as an attachment.
I know that I am currently required to download, edit, and re - upload, but how do i get the contents of the excel sheet to be displayed?

When I create a page from a template, I'd like strings like $TITLE, $DATE, $USER, etc. in the template content to be replaced with the corresponding values in the content of the new page. Is there a way to do this already, or can such a feature be added?
