Inappropriate?I hope you know the answer...Please help me!When I search and the pix come up half the page has a whitish haze over it and I cannot do anything with the pix underneath the haze...Sometimes it covers the whole page. I just registered today and actifvated my membership also...'

I am using Vista (which I hate BTW! LOL) and have tried using BOTH IE and firefox but get the same result...
I don't know what OS means and don't know the resilution either...it is a Sony laptop VGN NR498E (if that helps)...
I thought maybe today it would work right but it's still covered with a haze and I can't even sign in sometimes... -

Inappropriate?I use CA VIRUS, SPY and Firewall...All I had to do was go into the options on the firewall screen and add www.picapp.com to my allowed contacts...Viola!
