Picapp Plug-In created fatal error.. how do I fix it?
I installed the PicApp Plug-In and now a fatal error has shut down access to the WordPress blog. I can't even log in to fix it. Here's the warning:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function register_taxonomy() in /nfs/c03/h04/mnt/56449/domains/baseballdigestdaily.com/html/blogs/wp-content/plugins/picapp/picapp.php on line 228

Inappropriate?Hey Brian,
Sorry about this,
The most important issue right now is getting your blog working again:
- Try to remove our plugin by accessing your blog code on the server via FTP.
- Then go to wp-content >> plugins
- You'll see all of your plugins there, delete our plugin folder.
that should eliminate our plugin and let you enter the blog again.
If you get any problems or not familiar with FTP, please contact me directly at discover@picapp.com, I'll be glad to call you and do the process with you or do my best to help you get your blog access back.
We've tested the plugin on all platforms and WP versions and didn't get this problem,
We're anxious to see if this is a glitch on our side or a problem on your installation.
to help us find out please send us details so we can re-create it (your WP version, browser and theme). We'll replicate the settings and test the plugin installtion to make sure we understand the issues.
don't hesitate to contract us,
PicApp team.
I’m hoping this will help....
