Post-Downloading PiCapp Plugin Problem

How do I download the PiCapp 'reviser' to take out the Google ad stuff on my blog? I've downloaded the plugin, unzipped it, extracted the files, and nothing is happening. What am I doing wrong or even not doing? It's really tough, and the pictures with the ad junk makes my blog look unappealing. Also, for some reason my computer blocked soem fot he files. Is this one of the reasons?
It would be helpful if someone could explain this to me and help through it. It would really help. Thanks.
