Why can't I find my site using a search engine like Google

Can only access site (live site or synthasite) periodically, and then it's not fully functional. This has been for 12+ hours now. Says the server is taking too long to respond. What is the problem? Our site is nrba.synthasite.com

Unable to access my site. I have just amended my site and saved it. Upgraded the site. Now when I go to view my site all I get is:
"Your website is being published
Please wait a few seconds, and then refresh this page.

This will not affect anybody else viewing your site."

Why is this happening? Or am I being a bit dense!!
This problem is now 6 hours old. Help please!!

How can I add a form to my site so that my visitors can post comments or contact me?

I posted my site successfully, but noticed two typos, so thought I'd learn how to edit single files using FileZilla. The first file was easy. Edited it easily, uploaded it no problems, was feeling pretty cool! I did exactly the same thing on the second file, uploaded it, and received this message "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/greenst/public_html/definitions/creativity/page.inc.php on line 305". I was still feeling confident- if "d somehow screwed up the html, I figured I go back into synthasite, downloaded the site again, assuming the file would be fine as it worked first time. Did all that, used FileZilla again to upload the file- But no such luck. When I uploaded the fresh, unedited file, I got the same message.

I have my own domain name, google has verified my site but I still cant figure out how to add a sitemap. I read all the google help and on here still can't get it to work, all my pages end in php so how can i get it to do an html or xml like google says it has to?
