Can CSS Templates be uploaded to SynthaSite? If so, how?

Inappropriate?Hi Paul
Right now the only templates you can use are the ones in the SynthaSite site builder. In future we might make it possible for you to upload your own CSS templates, but this development is going to take some time.
Thank you for this question and your interest in improving the way our templates work. Template/style customization is a high priority for us, so we are interested in any comments from our users in this regard.
Best wishes

This is an important question for me too. I really like SynthaSite as a way for my clients to get control over their own sites but they still want them to look professional. I cannot see us using SynthaSite until there is an easy way to upgrade the graphic design. It is a shame because it is probably the most user friendly web development tool I have looked at. Kind regards Ade -
Hi Ade We agree that this is a very important area for development. We are committed to offering more, better, fully customizable styles. I am glad you like SynthaSite and hopefully in the coming months we will be able to improve our toolset so we can meet your needs in the area of graphic design. We would certainly like SynthaSite to be a viable option for your clients. -
Inappropriate?Thanks Monique
I guess this line at the bottom of some pages fooled me:
Website by SynthaSite | Design by Free CSS Templates
It also appears that i can't change the size of a banner or remove one on additional pages after the front page - is this correct? ie if I choose a template that has a big banner that I'd like for the frontpage - I'm stuck with it appearing all the way through.
Alternatively I could choose a bannerless template and create a stand-in banner with a banner-shaped-graphic under the menu bar along the top. That might be the simplest solution.
Cheers
Paul

Inappropriate?Yes, we use free CSS templates, but these are rigorously tested to ensure that they work well with SynthaSite before we add them to our selection.
Your assessment of the way banners work is correct. Once again we hope to introduce greater flexibility in this area in future. -
Inappropriate?Hi Paul
Great question! This is definitely a feature that we are looking to offer to our users in the very near future. I can't commit to an actual date, but we have it on our backlog of things to do and I personally think that it's a great feature to have!
