Won't let me sign up for a free account
I have been trying for days to sign up for a free account and have not been able to do so. I keep getting a message that says an error try back again in a few minutes. Is this a problem on your end or what's the deal with this?

I am sorry you're experiencing this problem -- this must be very frustrating for you, and I'm glad you wrote in to tell us about it...
This is definitely not something that's happening on our end of things -- but I certainly want to help you get to the bottom of this, so let's take a few trouble-shooting measures.
First off, how far have you gotten into the sign up process? Have you been able to enter your personal details (name, email address, password) at all?
Second, it would be very helpful for me to see the exact message you're getting. (If you could take a screenshot, and paste it into your reply, that would be the best of all). Sometimes web servers are busy, and they ask you to try again in a few minutes. If this is the case, it could be an Internet connection on your side of things. Can you try signing up for an account from another connection, or another browser?
Third, sometimes an error message is generated from our system, depending upon the details of that particular login attempt. If this is the case, we can definitely get this sorted out for you, because we'll have a better idea of what may have gone "wrong."
In any event, please let me know what's happening on your end of things -- we want to help solve this problem as quickly as possible, and get you signed up and using your free SynthaSite account!

Could you give me more information about the error that you are getting, such as:
1. Does this error occur when you enter your details or when you submit the information? After I enter my information and click START BUILDING it goes to another page and says "Sorry, An error has occured. Please try again in a few minutes."
2. Which browser and operating system you are using? windows XP
3. Which page are you trying to sign up from? http://www.synthasite.com/ -

That would also help us. In the mean time can you provide me with the email address you used so we can check if you have been added as a user, even with the error subsequent to entering the info.
