I recently upgraded to 10 GB of storage and am trying to archive a couple GBs of data. Unfortunately, when uploading files, Wuala gets "stuck" and the file upload hangs.
When the uploading works fine, it's cruising at 80 KB/s. When it's not working Wuala reports an upload speed of 5 KB/s to 10 KB/s, and the 'Uploads' window reports some file at 99% progress.
This problem is going to turn an overnight upload into an all week thing. :(
I am on Mac OS X Version 10.5.5 and using Wuala Beta MAC 58.
I can ́t upload some files. The data is "added" and "encrypted" but then stays "local" on my machine. When I restart Wuala, it then "tries" to upload, the file appears in the upload-window but remains at 0% and then disappears from the upload-window. Although the file is only added but not uploaded it decreases my memory.

I was previously trading 1 GB space on a Macbook Pro with OSX 10.5, but disabled that as I am trying to reclaim disk space. (I am trying to let an old Windows PC trade 100 GB instead). It appears that Wuala did not delete any of the fragments that were being stored on my Macbook Pro when I disabled trading my disk space.

I have two questions:
1) Is it safe to delete any files in the Wuala Application Support Folder? How can I manually delete these files to free up disk space?
2) Why is Wuala using exactly twice the amount of disk space I allocated to trade? If this is the way it functions normally, it's pretty misleading, and can lead to big problems.
I've added my 5gb picture collection to wuala. There was a warning wuala might become unresponsive, but that didn't seem like a problem to me. Now I've left it running for about 18 hours and a large portion of the collection is uploaded successfully. However, wuala crashed and it crashes continuously when I try to open it again.

I'm running Leoaprd and I need to completely remove Wuala and its data from my machine. I found another discussion here that linked a knowledgebase article in Dutch, but I can't find that same article in English. I find it a little aggravating that a product like this can launch without something as basic as uninstallation instructions.
