I haven't been able to reach someone for help

I, like many of your other customers, are questioning the solvency of your company. We cannot get any response from tech support or cust service. I have been unable to access the service for almost a week and can get no communication from you. At the very least you should send us an email with an update on what is going on. If you are out of business, then let us know how to pick up our equipment. You owe your customer base a communication. I have already spoken to directv about suspension and cancellation.
Please contact me asap with an update and my password so I can utilize the service that I have paid a lot of money to enjoy.

To address your first concern, I can assure you that we are solvent and working diligently to address the support issues. As I mentioned in a different response, we are in the process (almost done) of switching bandwidth providers which has over-taxed our entire staff. As a result, our customer support has suffered a great deal. We plan to complete the bandwidth switch by the end of this weekend and after that, we'll be able to reallocate time and staff to assist with customer support.
