If you're having trouble connecting at any time, the absolute best way to get your problem addressed is to visit http://a2btv.com/tech_support.html and enter your issue there. You can also email our support system directly at support@a2btv.com

This is the best method since our employees are scattered around the world in different time zones. If you send a message to an employee directly, there is no guarantee that your issue will be resolved in a timely manner.
