Please return my equipment to DirecTV
I cancelled my subscription with A2BTV over a month ago and you never returned my equipment to DirecTV. Subsequently, the charged me over $400 for the equipment. Please return the equipment and notify me. And why don't you ever answer the phone or return my calls or emails.

Sorry you were charged by DirecTV for your receiving equipment.
We have returned your receiver upon cancellation of your account, but sometimes they do not properly credit it to the customer's account upon return, or it may just take longer than expected. We can fix this easily though by providing them the Fed Ex tracking number we used to ship your receiver. We will e-mail you shortly once that's been cleared up and they will credit you immediately for any inaccurate charges.
