    How do I edit users after they've been set up? Last reply on March 19, 2008 00:14.

    Seems ridiculous, but when I go to the "People" tab I just get a list of people...

    For most of them, I can't change their projects or edit their info.

    Is this because these people haven't set up their accounts yet?

    I am the Account Owner.

    Client lost the email. How do I re-send to him? Do I have to delete his account and re-set him up?

    Reverse Date Sort On Tickets Last reply on February 27, 2008 17:03.

    I added a whole bunch of tickets yesterday in what I now realize to be reverse order. I went top-to-bottom off my TODO list, so thus they are listed to me from bottom-to-top.

    Can I reverse the date sort on tickets?
