call of duty 4 (ps3) basically false advertised

iight so ive owned COD4 for over two months now, and have only got online twice, at about two hours each time. Four hours of gameplay for 60$, nobody bought this game to play single player, it's safe to say activision doesn't care about it's customers, i mean c'mon they don't even have a customer support phone number, just a rediculous site thats rarely updated and even when they do update there site, the answers are erelavent. !@#$ ACTIVISION
