How come the buttons on my guitar don't work?
Occasionally, the buttons on my guitar, especially the red fret button, don't work. I'll hold it down, but nothing happens. It seems to come back eventually, but it's frustrating. Or, sometimes I'll hold a note down for a long time, but the note will drop out. Is there any way to reset the device, or is it just faulty buttons?

Inappropriate?Is this a wireless guitar? If so, it looks like the detachable neck doesn't always line up right, and that's the issue. Apparently you can exchange it for a better one, but if it's older, you might have to contact activision.
