This isn't a new idea, but please produce Creative Suite or at least some applications at a time for the Linux OS, particularly Ubuntu which appears to be growing very fast.
This is an untapped market for Adobe and would mean absolutely explosive growth in support for Linux and Adobe software on the powerful Linux OS.
This would be a big feat, I'm not denying that, but nothing is impossible. Just think of the possibilities.
Here's the info:
Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium, Design Standard, Web Premium, Web Standard, or Production Premium: upgrade to Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection is 1,599 USD.
Here's the craziness:
Adobe CS4 Design Premium costs 1,799 USD for the Full Retail Version
Adobe CS4 Master Collection costs 2,499 USD for the Full Retail Version
that's a difference of 700 USD; however, it costs 1,599 USD to upgrade?
am I missing something? and why would Adobe CS4 Web Standard, costing 999 USD, cost the same to upgrade as Design Premium?
As far as I can tell - if you give Adobe more money, then you get a worse deal.
Seriously - can an employee from Adobe explain this insanity? Why wouldn't the upgrade be the difference in cost? And finally, who came up with this pricing plan?
What is with this Licensing has stopped error. I have spent two days trying to get my CS3 Master Collection working again. I have followed the instructions on ADOBEs support site and nothing worked.
Cannot locate 'directions.txt' in Dreamweaver Tutoirial 1 in Dreamweaver CS4. All is well up to that #12 in the test drive area adding images and text. I am operating Windows Vista where some searching for your tutorials is necessary.

I had CS2 and updated to CS4. Prior to the update everything worked perfect. After the update everything works perfect, except dreamweaver. I put in a support question with adobe, they linked me to a technical note. I did everything on the note, nothing worked. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, twice. Dreamweaver is completely freezing my computer. What should I do???? Adobe is taking forever to get back to me this time around.
Love Adobe, love the innovation, not crazy about the price. But why all the updates? Seems an Adobe update is constantly on my computer. So many updates that I tend to ignore them for awhile. Why don't you package your updates and send them out monthly or quarterly even bi weekly would be more acceptable.
Is there anyway I can convert all the CSS to HTML tags using just one simple automated process? It would be very useful for me as CSS isn't very e-mail friendly...
Improving the Dreamweaver text editor. I like Dreamweaver but the text editor seems clunky compared to the ones found in Eclipse, TextMate or SubEthaEdit. I realize that many of the customizations found in DW lean towards CS3/4 product integration so maybe this is not possible... Maybe licensing TextMate or the Subetha Engine would be an option...
Maybe this would also be an option for improving text editing within the Flash authoring tool as well.
