Adobe Media Encoder CS4 stopped working

I just added Adobe Master Suite CS4. It was working fine until I update my Vista Home OS(64) windows. Now the program no longer opens and windows provided an error message stating "Adobe Media Encoder CS4 has stopped working... A problem caused the prgoram to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I don't even know where to begin to solve this problem.
