Adobe Media Encoder CS4 won't launch

I'm using the trial version of Flash CS4. Evidently Media Encoder comes with it as a seperate program. When I try to launch ME, I get one of those annoying Send/Don't Send Microsoft error report dialogs...Does anyone know why Media Encoder won't run? I'm running XP Professional with SP3...CPUZ tells me my processor has SSE2 & 3 support...I've been around the block on this one...Any ideas???
