Adobe unresponsive about problems or refund!
I bought adobe audition 3.0. It does not work, and Ive tried all the steps. I tried calling tech support and they told me to fill out a bug report. I did but still no answer. Now Im trying to get a hold of customer support to cancel my order this is just bad business...BUT I CANT GET THROUGH!! Hours of hold ??? Why arent these people getting sued?? No action, no BBB? As big a company as they are and they're not being held liable for this crap. The more I read about other peoples troubles the more upset I get about it. Im definately filing fraudulent through my bank. I payed for services not rendered, sounds pretty straight forward to me.

Inappropriate?Hi Josh - this forum might be able to help you when they get to you. We have started a facebook page where dissatisfied customers are getting their issues solved quickly, through direct contact with Adobe staff - give it a try, i think you will be glad (read the posts-so far the results are great)
