CS3 Freezes when selecting "Image Size"

For some reason my Photoshop CS3 often freezes up when I attempt to change image size of photos. is this some kind of bug?

I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

Delete or Edit (for 15 minutes)

I'm using the new 24" iMac with leopard OS. When I do anything in CS3 Flash it freezes the whole computer. Hard reboots everytime!
