How can one get through to Adobe?
All I received was a confirmation that Case #0180028964 has been opened.
My next step will be an attempt to get through to a top executive at Adobe headquarter.s
The more people who ask this question, the more it gets noticed.

Inappropriate?I was using Adobe's Photoshop Elements 6.0 on a trial basis, and before the trial expired I purchased at the Adobe Store on-line at $99.99 plus tax. Two days later I received an email offer from the Adobe Store to purchase it at $79.99. I truly believe I am entitled to a $20.00 rebate , but Customer Service, after being bounced back and forth between Customer Service and Sales, then back to Customer Service,having spent over one hour on the phone describing the issue and trying to get them to acknowledge the issue, they told me ... one there was no such offer made, and two, if it had been made it was only for an upgrade. I provided them with all the properties of the email offer so they could check it out, I offered to email it to them but they informed me they did not have an email address. As i WRITE THIS, MY FRUSTRATION MOUNTS!!!!

Sorry dude, that's $20.00 = 12,61 €, how much do you earn an hour?
Of course Adobe is stupid to let their employee(s!) deal with this several hours instead of just refunding it to you. They also lost money this way (at least theoretically). And that they don't know their marketing offers is just crazy! ...but settle for it and be thankful not to live in €uro-Land, where you have to pay the same in € as in $ in the US! (-> Over +50% in cost for €uro-Land customers!)
