How can one get through to Adobe?

It is difficult to contact Adobe to get any reasonable help with issues. You can call Customer Service but the conversations are extremely frustrating as they don't either understand or acknowledge the issue being presented. With some diligence and lot's of time, you can "Create a Case" email which Adobe promises to answer in 12 hours. Well mine has yet to be answered and it has been approximately 48 hrs since I sent it.
All I received was a confirmation that Case #0180028964 has been opened.

My next step will be an attempt to get through to a top executive at Adobe headquarter.s
