On hold 1 hour + --- still waiting!!
I've been on hold for over an hour. Installed a new hard drive and now all my activation numbers are invalid (too many installs)

Wow -- I'm really impressed. Conor Chatten, Adobe employee got right back to me and immediately solved my problem. Of course it would be nice if the wait times were less -- however, I do have to say that I got through shortly after posting my first message and the tech support person was excellent. All-in-all, I have to give Adobe tech support a big thumbs up for getting back to me and resolving my problem -- THANK YOU.. -
Inappropriate?Thanks to Conor, i got a reply and solution to my serial number dilemma within 30 mins of sending an email. awesome. i'm glad i didn't perceiver with the awful on-hold music for another 4 hours.
