Problems installing Adobe CS4 Software AND extreme problems getting ahold of their customer service reps.

I've spent hours troubleshooting Adobe CS4 installation. I'm wasting my time digging through their unorganized, maze website. I don't appreciate spending too much time on hold. I've found no answers online. I just want to install the software! And from what I've heard, despite Adobe's alleged "apology," customers are still having trouble activating their software, getting a hold of a customer service representative, and moving ON with their lives. I am completely dissatisfied with Adobe's lack of concern for these issues.

Inappropriate?Unfortunately, I have already tried using the Adobe Support Advisor. The program asked me to delete numerous color profiles, change some of my registry settings, then restart my computer, and restart the installation. This process provided no results.

Inappropriate?Megan and all-Adobe has dropped the ball where customer service is concerned. They have been pressed to improve because they're on the brink of losing customers (money)...there is a facebook group where furious customers are getting the attention they deserve (finally) and getting their problems solved-with direct access to Adobe Staff, join us and let us know where you are with your issue and get help.
