Student Software purchase letdown by failure of Customer Service
How long am I expected to have to wait to get a serial number for my student purchase after posting on the Adobe portal?

Inappropriate?You won ́t get it. I have bought Adobe CS Student edition two months ago. I have emailed them my info four times and called them (on hold for 1 hour each time) 8-10 times and I have still not got the serial number. School have have started and I can ́t use it. I hate Adobe.

Inappropriate?Adobe has the VERY WORST "customer service" I have ever had to deal with in my life! Totally frustrating. After months of attempts and several useless phone calls to "reps" in India, I STILL CANNOT activate my Educational version of Creative Suite. I, too, hate them with a passion!!!!

Inappropriate?I'd like an answer to this, too. I've had absolutely no response from Adobe, and my project time (and patience) is running out. I'm also mightily concerned that according to the online receipt my CS4 suite isn't expected to arrive for an entire YEAR.
If Adobe can't even deal with paying customers then I'm not at all surprised that they've got such an issue with piracy! For goodness sake, Adobe - I just want to buy a legitimate copy!
