Toon Animation in CS5

I really like how people can use apps like Illustrator and Flash to create lively motion-based content. However, the animation is still missing that organic, fluid quality of actual cartoon animation. Why not implement functionality from expensive 2D animation software into the next Creative Suite edition? I would especially enjoy it in Flash and Illustrator.
