No Confirmation e-mail...etc.
I didn't get confirmation e-mail. So, I chose to reset password with my usename "gb" I got the e-mail to reset,, but got another error when I clicked the link. In the Help I saw "I have this problem too" but now it says my e-mail address isn''t recognized.

Yes, I got the e-mail. I clicked the link and it brought me back here. Now, I'm wondering which username to use because I had to register a different name ("g" with the same e-mail address) in order to report the problem. However, "gb" still says it isn't verified, and now, "g" says the username and/or password do not match when I try to manually login at the top of the page. -
Hi "g". In the mail we specified to reply (using the email client) including the whole text, so that we can verify that your email address was the one you provided.
Your "gb" profile has now been activated, can you try to login?
BTW, GetSatisfaction.com is a completely different companies that provides a platform to report issues and to communicate with company staff. The user base is completely different, so your profile "g" in GetSatisfaction.com doesn't match the one in Agglom.com.
