What about adding to Agilo for Scrum a Whiteboard?
It may seem an obvious feature, but for many it is not. Agilo is integrated with SVN and potentially with other Version Control Systems, and allows the Team Members to change the status of the tasks directly via SVN comment. This feature reduces to the minimum the "task switching" from the IDE, or whatever other editor and the Agilo interface. Agilo offers also more advanced interfaces via mylyn that allow to edit tasks and update them directly from eclipse for example.
So what is the scope of a whiteboard? Ultimately should offer "immediateness" in understanding what is happening, and who is doing what... at any time, but the biggest advantage of the whiteboard is that is normally at least 2m wide and 1m high, offering a huge space to group informations... very effective :-) What do you think about having an electronic whiteboard on a - let's be positive - 50" HD 1080p screen at 1920x1080? How many tickets would fit in there? I am positive, come on, give us your opinions :-)

Inappropriate?Yes this is good idea by this a developer can create a ticket from svn itself. If agilo supports like other source control like vss and cvs it will be a great thing,

Inappropriate? This is an awesome idea! In fact, having looked at other products, it was the one feature that I would consider significant that was missing. I envision a queue to stories and tasks yet to be started, ones in progress, new tasks being added, ones being deferred, and ones completed for the sprint. Simple visual display, and drag and drop through the UI on the desktop. Developers can even take ownership from the whiteboard through the UI perhaps while in a SCRUM meeting. And as a dev lead, it would give me instant visibility into what's going on, who's doing what... It would also be good if the white board had a space for a simple burn down chart in the corner...
The whiteboard should not interfere with other interfaces such as SVN integration and integration with the IDE/MyLyn/Cube'N. This is where the developer does his/her work and is the primary place where tickets/tasks should appear, integrated into a single UI. However, that is the view for each single developer. Providing a view for the entire team gives us all a very different perspective... And visual status is very important!!
Great idea! I'd love to help...

BTW - The company I work for does development for a COTS product (Siebel). It has it's own development tools/IDE which support SVN integration but not integration with tracking tools through MyLyn etc. Therefore, we have to rely on the SVN integration and the task lists in Agilo, so a whiteboard would be an ideal addition for us, even on the desktop!!!

Inappropriate?I'd like to add that Agilo now has a whiteboard which I think (as the software engineer who did most to of it :) has come out really nice.
