yes you can, but remember that both WordPress and my theme are released under the GPL (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) which you have to abide by (for example, if you make any changes to the code -- not the style -- then you have to make it available as the GPL requires; please see license link above for info). You do not need to attribute the theme to me and you are free to remove the attribution at the bottom.
