So what is this Firefox Extension? Simply the most efficient way to get the news and posts that matter, all within Google Reader. Reclaim your time, boost your productivity, and stay on top of your feeds.
Currently this product is in restricted private beta.
Why doesn't AideRSS show any PR in listview and only in extended view in Google Reader? I have this problem with both the extension and the greasemonkey script. I finally have choosen the greasemonkey script, because when I had the extension script installed, I could not Manage my greasemonkey scripts anymore.
When I use ctl-z to enter a numerical postrank to filter above, it does something, but not what I would expect. If I enter 10, sometimes it shows just 10's, sometimes it shows 10's and 9's, sometimes it shows some 5's. Any idea what might be going on?
Just an FYI to BETA users - there is a known possibility of there being an incompatibility with the GreaseMonkey Firefox extension. If you have GreaseMonkey installed and then install our extension - the extension may not do anything. We are actively working on a solution to this problem.
As an interim solution, we recommend disabling Greasemonkey (from Firefox add-ons dialog - *not* from GreaseMonkey settings) while using our extension.
Probably an old story, but for blogs that I have set with the "All" filter, I am not seeing the latest posts in my feed reader, although they do show up on the Postrank siteitself. Any suggestions?
Firefox 2.0.0.13. Installed, restarted FF, wondered why the back and forward buttons weren't working. Also, the URL bar wouldn't update with the current URL. Finally, the window title bar keeps the title of the first opened tab. I love Google Reader and was looking forward to the filtering of aiderss, but it looks like I'm going to have to wait a while longer.
I installed AideRSS (both the greasemonkey and plugin versions) and the controls (as they appear in the video) simply do not appear in Google Reader. I disabled all of my other plugins but that didn't help. The plugin appears in the Add-Ons dialog but it doesn't appear to have any effect on my browser.
AideRSS Reader extension could help me to catch up.
I mean the situation where I see 1350 unread posts and would like to reduce this number. It would be great if I could ask AideRSS to mark everything except top 100-200 posts as read. Or show me just top 100-200. Or so.
The key here is the number. I don't want Best. I don't want Great. I want top 100, whatever their score is.
Stuck in the left upper corner of my monitor is an icon with the words on it PostRank PostRank fetch problems and it doesn't respond in anyway . I need to remove it because it is stopping me from accessing any of my normal firefox Browser commands Can u help please?
A warning box indicating "PostRank Fetch Failed" keeps popping up on the bottom right corner of my screen. I installed the PostRank widget in Google Reader. I use Firefox 3 on a Vista OS. Yesterday, I enabled google gears for GMail. Any insight you can offer into why this warning message keeps appearing would be appreciated.
It would be nice, if postrank extension autocompleted tags (in delicious extension style) or presented most frequently used tags (say - like getsatisfaction does on the problem entry screen)
